Sapphire & diamond cluster measuring 12.1mm x 12.1mm set with a central oval mixed cut blue sapphire weighing approximately 1.50cts with a surround of five brilliant cut diamonds at the top and bottom and five baguette diamonds on the sides of the sapphire.  Mounted in all white gold, testing as 14ct, with split shoulders and claw settings, finger size L1/2.   Gross weight 3.6g.
